Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Refund Window
AskBit offers a full refund within seven (7) days of your first paid charge, for any reason. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you can request a refund and we will process it without questions.
2. Free Trial
New subscribers receive a seven (7) day free trial before the first charge. If you cancel during the trial, no payment is taken and no refund is necessary.
3. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@askbit.app from the email address on your AskBit account with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your Paddle transaction id if available. We respond within two business days and Paddle processes approved refunds within five to ten business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made more than seven days after the first paid charge.
- Renewal charges after the initial billing cycle (cancel anytime to avoid renewal).
- Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service.
5. Cancellation vs Refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current period. If you want a refund within the 7-day window, you must explicitly request one by email as described above.
